免费规则

您可以在您的主区域中免费使用 10 GiB 对象存储和 10 GiB 归档存储。您目前使用的对象存储和归档存储总和大约为 0 字节。如果您使用的存储超过了 20 GiB 而且未在免费试用结束前进行升级，您的数据将被删除。

简要步骤

1）点击【创建存储桶】填写名称，其他保持默认！

2）将存储桶设置成公开，否则别人没法访问你的文件！

3）进入存储桶详情，可以上传

4）新上传文件的右侧菜单，可见文件的详情。URL部分就是下载地址

流量计费

按照官方免费服务的说明，存储文件产生的下载流量一块计入到 10T/月 里面。

申请access_key 和secret_access_key

申请完Oracle Object Storage后，点击账号头像—账号邮箱，进入账号页面 

选择左边的客户密钥，生成access_key 和secret_access_key  一定要记下access_key 和secret_access_key，一会rclone配置的时候要用到   

配置rclone

rclone ： https://rclone.org/downloads/
winfsp ： http://www.secfs.net/winfsp/download/
其中rclone的windows版需要解压，并添加解压目录到系统路径中。而依赖库winfsp下载完后一路Next直接安装就可以了。
安装完后在cmd中输入命令行

rclone.exe config 

选择Amazon S3
